As long as it's middle-country ie doesn't involve overnight stop I can do any Sunday from 2 October through to 18 December apart from 23rd October.

Hey all (sorry been awol for a while with europe trip then crazy non-stop work).

I can do 15th/16th, 22nd/23rd October, possibly 29th too, but that weekend is more difficult, can't do 5th/6th November but 12th/13th and onwards is OK.

Can we fix a date of 27th November? Any later risks snow (if the weather forecast is o be believed)
What about a pub lunch and a function room somewhere east midlands?

Helen any suggestions of a venue?

Holiday Inn Express function room was cost effective from memory...
