Staying at The George Hotel in Brecon. Room cost, special rate negotiated by our treasurer.

All prices are per room, per night with breakfast included.

Double or twin bedded room £70
3 adult room £79
Family room (2 adults & 1 child ) £79
Family room (2 adults & 2children ) £85

I need to know as soon as possible so that I can reserve the rooms and pay a deposit, this will be paid on my credit card and your booking by phone or e-mail will mean you will be responsible for making full payment. Emily informs us there are loads of fantastic places to eat and loads of different things to do and see.

Please add your name to the list if you would like to go.

Andre, Marie & Rob E. - all three nights
Tim, Rachel & Ollie - 29th and 30th
Rob, Ruth & Digger Dog - all three nights
Emily - to confirm

Sorry to hear you can't make it Lee. Hope the move goes ok and also the surgery for Rusty.

Am really looking forward to the weekend. I've checked out the weather on the Met Office website and it looks hopeful for Fri and Sat but accurate forecast for Sun isn't really available but fingers crossed it doesn't rain!

I'm setting off at noon and meeting Hel at Strensham Services on M5 around 3.30 so we should be in Brecon by 5/5.30 traffic depending.

Hope no one else drops out or I'll have to cancel the distillery tour on Sat afty :| (min of 10 people for the tour) very nice stuff it is too mmm. I'll leave the meal booking as it is on Sat night as my sister's partner may be able to come if she can wangle a shift swap.

Are you going to the Penderyn factory? Their whiskey is a personal favorite. hic!

Have a great time. I need an extra 50 weekends in a year - everything's booked up.
