You adjust the boost pressure to whatever you need with the wastegate. For our cars, you only need a little turbo like a Garrett T15.

The low boost Van Aakens ran 0.3 bar or 4.5 psi on a standard compression engine. Watch out with the 16v as it runs a higher CR as standard, limiting what you can do without serious mods.

For power you'd be better off turboing the 16v engine, depends how much you want to spend.

not to much if i do the head gasket that should do i take it make i a bit biger 1.6ml i think is what hear some one used on a 16v turbo engine

It would help, but you might need to drop the compression more to run boost.

ive just read up on all the moders and what theyve done and iv cind of changed my mind on what im going to do i think insted of turbo which will cost me at lest 1500 i should get a 1.438 16v bravo engine but theres sum grinding that neds to be done not shure where though there 100bhp standered if im right

seriously mate, there are loads of information on FF about the 1.4 16v conversion. Read up on it. You will get all you need and all your questions answered!

yeh sorry ming just looked over few days got it to the t now but whant it gone so i can have the insides back in less any one nose of any Cinquecento or sei that any one whants gone for littel or free lol
