Fixed hose breakdown which occured on way home Wed eve on A19 - was all pleased and happy until I tried to bleed rad - top hose screw sheered when I tried to loosen and got a face full of hot coolant filled water - very very cross now as it looks like I won't have my car for next weekend. Has anyone got a temp fix they could suggest to fill the gap whilst I try to find replacement part?

Message sent - you can fix this with a self tapper and a tap washer. I ran the silver Cinquecento for a few years like this.
