As a few of you know I took my rear seats and belts out to clean them, the left and right ones coiled up and won't come back out.
Anyone else had this or know how to bring them back out?

They can be fussy about what angle you're holding them at, oddly enough. Part of the mechanism relies on gravity.

Thanks kev,I sorted them in the end one came out a lot easier than the other!

What did you use to clean them? I've tried using vanish stain remover, with not a great improvement!

I stuck then in a shallow bath of hot water with vanish oxy action powder, gave them a scrub with a gentle nylon brush and they came up all right.
