Just thought I add that:

I fitted an 866 in my Cinquecento a few months ago.

Compared to the standard cam, which felt like it had a bit of a hollow between 1000 and 4000, then a bit of peak, then flattening off above 6000, the 866 is smooth everywhere, but with more get up and go everywhere. That hollow and that peak have gone and it feels better. It's very nice. And a fair bit louder everywhere.

Idles better than before. But I've shimmed it better than it was. Spot on now with the inlet valves the same and the exhaust valves the same, where they were a bit all over the place before.

The car has a nice tubular exhaust manifold, Janspeed exhaust, the 40mm TB and a cone air filter. Standard 1108 engine.

It does smell a bit rich on over run so could probably do with a re-map, which I'd have done already if it was simple but with the stock Cinquecento sporting ECU it's a chip out job and the rolling roads around here don't want to do it.
